THE PRICE YOU PAY:
All prices are per person per night bed and breakfast and are subject to availability.
All rates are quoted in £sterling per night, inclusive of VAT (17.5 per cent) and breakfast. When a meal is included in the price, the hotel will inform you at check-in of the restaurant in which this is to be taken. Deduction available if you wish to dine a la carte and pay the relevant supplement.
All prices shown are applicable at the time of booking, are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and are subject to change without prior notification. Please note the rates featured are 'FROM' rates and will vary due to seasonality and peak times of year. All Booking must be guaranteed to a valid credit card.
The full price for each break, with the addition of all extras incurred during your stay, is to be settled in full before departure by cash, cheque or credit card.
Supplements apply for upgraded accommodation and single room occupancy.
A child is classed age 0-10 years inclusive, age 11 years and above is charged the full price.
Bookings are taken at the discretion of the hotel management and are subject to availability.
A full non refundable, non transferable payment is required for promotional rates at the time of booking to confirm reservation. These rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
VAT is included at the current prevailing rate unless otherwise stated.

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS:
Whilst every effort is made to fulfill your requests, unfortunately, we can not guarantee these and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be made prior to 12 noon on day of arrival to avoid 1 night charge. Deposit is not returnable.
CANCELLATIONS / AMENDMENTS BY US:
In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. If this does arise you can 1) accept the changed arrangements as notified, 2) make an alternative arrangement with us or, 3) cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies paid.
COMMENTS:
Please let the Manager know straight away if you have any comments. Alternatively, if you wish, put them in writing no later than 21 days after the completion of your stay to:
